It's much easier to use than Top Producer. It's more user friendly.

I just got this and I LOVE THIS!  I was always skeered to take short sale listings but MAN you can organize your transactions LIKE NO OTHER!!!  From checklists to communication logs to tasks.  Simply amazing!

Agreed with Lorrie comment #5 and I would like to add:  LESS EXPENSIVE!

Sounds intersting.. I have been with Top Producer for Many years... This year they started loosing my saved e-mails.. Grrrr.

What is the cost for this program ?

I have been using Wise Agent for a year and love it.

My assistant manages all of my teams transactions on it, it is completely user friendly.

I got to meet Brandon at Keller Williams family reunion.

The support is awesome. I am very pleased.

It does appear very interesting, I have not used Top Producer, but have heard from several others that they just don't like it.  What is the cost for this system?

Missy is absolutely correct.  It seems that as soon as you click the send button with a question to support, the phone rings and it's a Wise Agent CSR rep with an answer.

Sounds like a very integrated package to have working all in one place. It's nice that the support as well is so good. Always important in a software tool.

Thank you all for the support and questions!  As you start to check out Wise Agent you will notice we do things different than most of the technology companies you are used to working with!  For starters we let you try it free for 30 days, and when we say free we mean it.  You don't need a credit card or any other type of payment information to give the full version a try.  We understand that when you need help you need it now, that is why we are the only company in the real estate industry today that offers 24/7 customer support with a goal of 10 minutes or less turn around time. Just hit the "contact us" button to experience the support you deserve.  After your free trial our normal cost is $24.95/mo but if you use promo code "activerain" when registering, we will knock 20% off your monthly fee to make your total cost $19.95/month.  If you are already registered and want to use this promo code, just click the "contact us" button and we will take care of you.  We are so sure you will enjoy the easy to use features and incredible support that we won't even lock you into a contract.  That's right at Wise Agent we have to keep you happy every day of the year because you can cancel anytime you want. We add new features or update current features every week based on our members suggestions so please let us know when you see something we are missing or have an idea.

The 30 day FREE trial is a great opportunity to check this out.. My next question is about import and export of files ? How easily can this be done ?

Posted by Roland Woodworth,SFR - Clarksville Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (Keller Williams Realty) almost 3 years ago

Great question Roland! The answer is Yes, it is very easy to import and export. You can simply send your file(s) to Wise Agent help team and we will import it for you, or you can click the "import/export" button and follow the step by step directions with screen shots of most popular programs.

WiseAgent is already integrated with most of the popular real estate lead capture programs which will allow your leads to auto populate into your client list.  We can also add auto lead capture from your personal website.

Does it have a client site where they can log in to see what you are doing for their listing/transaction? TopProducer has that and our clients love it, it's the main reason we haven't moved yet.

Posted by Monica Ray (JAM Media Group) almost 3 years ago

After analyzing many programs, Top Producer, Agent Office, MarkIt Advantage, RESPOND, REST and others, we discovered Wise Agent at NAR last fall after Tara Jacobsen recommended it.

Long story short, it's great! The only thing it doesn't do yet is connect with the MLS in our area. But otherwise it's very user-friendly and very easy on the pocketbook. We love it and would highly recommend it.

And yes, Kevin and Monica, it does have that feature where clients can log on. To be honest, there is so much, we haven't tapped into everything yet. We have used their newsletter templates and they are very tastefully done - we substitute our own articles, but if you want boilerplate, the graphics are great and the articles are good as well.

I have intended to write a Wise Agent post for awhile but hadn't gotten around to it. Glad you did, Wise Agent!

Thank you all so much for the kind words and support.  Make sure your friends let us know you told them about us because with the referral program once five of your friends become members we will comp your account.  http://www.thewiseagent.com/tellafriend.asp

Cathy - WiseAgent.com is very team friendly.  Multiple users will be color coded and may be logged in to one account at the same time from several different locations with NO additional fees.  You may also link unlimited Wise Agent accounts together creating an outside team to share information between accounts and set up lead tracking.

The Wise Agent uses CompanionLink  to sync your WiseAgent data to your BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Palm OS, iPhone, and Outlook.

Kevin & Monica - Yes WiseAgent has a feature that lets you very simply create a unique site for each of your transactions to keep all involved easily updated in live time.  We call this feature FusionFusion Transaction Management allows all parts of a transaction to come together in one place. The Realtor, Lender, and Escrow officer can now easily keep everyone involved in a transaction up to date on the progress and share all documents to relevant parties. Did I mention there is no extra charge for Fusion?

Sukhdev - Thank you for signing up for the free trial! We have many mortgage professionals using The Wise Agent.  While Wise Agent was designed for Realtors, most of the tools can be used by anyone in any type of sales position. We have created special mortgage transaction templates to your transactions. Many lenders have told us they love the daily call list and the newsletters.  We don't have letters written for mortgage professionals yet but we can sure work on it. We do have hundreds of high quality content pre-written letters that you can easily modify and set up a marketing drip campaign.  We are adding new email content HTML banners daily now that you will enjoy as well. The unlimited document storage is a must for mortgage professionals too.

I hear a lot about "transaction management" and how this program supports this and helps us keep tabs on those details after the ink has dried ... heard about this almost a year ago from a fellow realtor. Sounds like I should take a closer look now ... Thanks!

Thanks again for all the comments!  We make it very easy to move your database from any other program to The Wise Agent.  We have a "import/export" button that walks you through importing from many other programs with screen shots.  The easiest way is to use our customer support team and let us do import for you.  Simply email your Excel, CSV, etc.  file to help@wiseagent.com and we will map and import for you.  Moe, I am not sure you can export your notes out of that program, but if you can, we will import them for you.

We have also had many calls about our training classes.  We are happy to schedule a webinar for you and your office. Just use the "contact us" button and we can set it up.  We also have the new user class recorded for you to access here http://www.thewiseagent.com/secure/help/swf/newuser.html

Hi Ephrem, When you sync WiseAgent to your BlackBerry it does not cause any issues with your caller ID.  We use a company named CompanionLink for our sync system.  This is one of the only features in The Wise Agent that you will have to pay extra for, but the good news is that it is only a one time fee of $49.00 vs. monthly charge.  We are also set up to sync to iphone.

I just signed up for the free trial.  The one feature they had that I didn't notice on wiseagent was the ability to keep track of expected commissions and whether they had been recevied, etc.  Is that available?  Other than that, I am excited to give it a try.  I have tried realtyjuggler and real future crm.  Both are ok but not great so I am keeping my fingers crossed that wiseagent will be the one.

You just select the group(s) you want to mail to, then click "print" and it will give you a choice of mailing labels, envelopes, etc.  It's so much easier than Word Mail Merge and our Assistant who has worked on Top Producer said it was a lot easier than their mail feature.

Posted by Melissa Zavala Realtor® North San Diego County Homes (Broadpoint Properties) over 2 years ago

Can you prevent your team members from exporting or deleting information? I have two buyer specialistis and I pay all advertising costs to obtain leads for them. I currently use top producer because there is a setting for team members to allow/not allow exporting and deleting of contacts. I like the idea of this. That would be a terrible day that a buyer specialist exports all of the leads (that I've paid thousands of $'s to obtain), deletes them from my database and moves companies. I've heard of this happening to team leaders/rain makers before. Is there a preventive measure built into Wise Agent for this purpose?

Posted by Nick Neill (Cozland Real Estate) over 2 years ago

Hey Nick,  Great question!  It is true that each Wise Agent account at the base price of $24.95 ($19.95 for ActiveRain users) allows unlimited users to be logged in working at the same time from different locations.  This allows the different users on a team to utilize their own contact information, branding, and calendar view.  The account also gives each of the users full uses of the account.   If a member of your team were to delete your information maliciously or unintentionally that information would be recoverable through contacting us at the Wise Agent.

The other style of team account we have and I may recommend for your purposes is to have the buyer specialist and other team members each have their own Wise Agent account that would be linked to yours. This would allow you to utilize the team share features that allows you to share, track, and receive status on leads.  This would prevent them from altering your data in any way. Once contacts are shared with an outside team member they can only be removed by the owner of the receiving account.

After hearing so many complaints of other systems locking information down, we have intentionally made export of your data from the Wise Agent easy to do.  Our primary goal is to keep your information yours. One of the things our customers love about us is that we listen to them and add new tools and features often based on what our members are asking for. If you decide to make the switch over to Wise Agent we would be interested in speaking with you more about permission settings you would like to see for inside team members on one account to move forward and get this suggestion on our development list.

I've been going bonkers looking for a good CRM...my biggest problem, besides the multitude of apllications out there to choose from, is having to subscribe to use one...so I've been focuaing on apps I can own for a one-time fee...I don't know any brokers in my locale who like TP...everyone of them told me to save my money and to just keep using OutLook (or an OL add-on), which, by the way, can perform drip campaigns...EurekaWare is where I've been looking lately and REST is another one I'm interested in...hard to know what to do as they will all eat up a fair amount of time getting to know them...WA isn't too bad at 19.95/mo and I haven't ruled it out but hate to buy into this subcriber world we live in nowadays...I set a deadline for myself to decide by May 1st and pull the trigger on a free trial so I'm running out of time...lol

Hi Lanre, Thanks for your inquiry!  The Wise Agent offers lead capture coding for your website. This coding will create a form that you can save under the contact portion of your website. Once a new lead fills out their information they will automatically save to a 'website referral' source on your client list. The new lead will also be scheduled for a follow-up phone call on your Call List.  To get started, just Contact Us!

Hi Jason, thanks for your question!  We do have a feature called 'Tax Help' which allows you to track your income and expenses and then create a report that details and totals each entry.  I wouldn't consider it to be an advanced accounting system, but it definitely helps with organization in that regard.

And yes, we have several referral tracking tools in place.

This looks very interesting. I currently use TP8i including the Market SnapShot. Does Wise Agent have something similar to the Market SnapShot?

Posted by Randy Randolph - Uber Broker Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, Short Sales (RSVP Real Estate) over 1 year ago

Thanks for your inquiry, Randy! WiseAgent does not currently include a Market Snapshot-like product, but we are looking at several options to provide a similar tool to our users. We have many exciting updates still to come this year, stay tuned!

Wow, that sounds like the program I was looking for and didn't know it existed. I have been researching contact management possibilities for quite some time now, but this top it all - because it has it all, for a modest fee. Will sign up for a trial!

Posted by Anna Glebova (Preservation Properties) over 1 year ago

I just recently signed up for Wise Agent...still in my 30 day trial period and our team is loving it!!  First of all...it took me less than 10 minutes to import close to 500 contacts.  AMAZING!!  Beyond the program itself, I am most impressed with customer service.  Each time one of our team members have emailed we've received a reply email automatically.  AND, they really are there 24/7 as I received a phone call one evening at about 8:30 pm est.

I will say that it is a bit overwhelming and we are trying to take the learning process slowly so as not to overlook any feature.  We have watched all of the webinars pertaining to the first "row" of tabs and are getting ready to watch the next set about marketing.

AFter 30 days...I am confident you will be hooked!!!

I am currently evaluating Wise Agent vs. Top Producer 8i. Haven't decided yet. Would like Wise Agent to have better report generators, but I may not have discovered them yet.

Hello. I noticed this post was featured again. I am using another product but am seriously considering using Wise Agent. I have heard very good reviews about it.

OK, this is the post that keeps on giving! We still use Wise Agent and love it. You can have up to 3 users on it at the same low monthly fee. We have our assistant on it and Frank and I use it. If you need a CRM, seriously check it out!

Wow, I can't tell you how much we appreciate all the compliments and feedback! @Frank and Sharon - thanks again for your comments, did you know you can actually have up to 5 inside team members for no extra charge? @Dave - what type of reports are you looking for? You can always 'Contact Us' and if it is a feature we already have we will point you in the right direction, or if not we will add it to our list of future enhancements.

Thanks again, the Wise Agent team

I was extremely surprised to see a post regarding Wise Agent.  I had Wise Agent for several year when provided by the title company.  To be honest with you, If I would have had to pay for it, it would have never happened.  It was not user friendly but I did use one area to track my expenses, which helped me at tax time.  I do not recommend Wise Agent for helping you with your clients.  Sorry

Sounds interesting.  There certainly seems to  be a need for a comprehensive CRM program out there.

Now, how did a post from 2011 get comments from 2009?  I am curious.

@Desert Dwellers Realty - I'm sorry you feel that way!  Actually, ease of use is one of the primary reasons that people switch to and continue to use Wise Agent.  If you haven't checked it out in a while, we invite you to try it out again and compare the program with your current Contact Manager.

@Kathryn - this page was originally part of Active Rain's Business Builders blog.  They moved it to our blog for us yesterday :)  We invite you to try our all-inclusive CRM for free for 30 days - just go to WiseAgent.com and enter your information under the Sign Up section.  You don't even need a credit card to get started :)

Wiseagent - I think this goes back to the old saying, the database of yesteryear is so outdated today, that if you can't keep up... well, that makes it a hard sell.
I read your post first - it didn't even inspire me to look at your product...

It should be noted that I am a software engineer, and I know how easy it is to build databases, so when someone wants to sell me something... I expect more than a clumsy access interface (this is really pointed at TP more than anyone - how they sell what they sell - is a mystery to me).

How come nobody has a salesforce like database for real estate? It's almost like once you decide to develop CRM for real estate, they just quit looking at the rest of the world...

Ah well, this was not really meant as a rip on you, but you are on the list... Now I better take a look at what you have anyway.

@Terkel - We've built Wise Agent over the past 10 years based on our user's feedback, and we are constantly updating it, releasing new features frequently.  We invite you to take a look and see what you think.  You have nothing to lose - our Free Trial is truly free, no strings or tricks.  We focus a lot on Customer Service, which is rare in the Technology industry.  Try it out and let us know what you think :)

I'm in the "trial period", and I must say that the 24/7 customer service is the real deal.  I was having issues getting my contacts to transfer from another CRM, and I sent an email to their CR Dept. (on Saturday).  Within an hour, I received an email, asking me to send my file to them.  Within 30 minutes, all of the contacts were downloaded into WiseAgent.  Pretty impressive!

Analyzed, reviewed, waited, and analyzed for the past three years.  I guess it is now time for me to test drive the Wise Agent.  A co-worker informed me about the Wise Agent 3 years ago, and to this very date, she still sings its praises.  After all of this time, The Wise Agent is still around and still receiving positive feedback.

Thus, ready, get set, and go, I guess I am ready to take this test drive.  There were many of you who said that you were test driving the Wise Agent.  What kind of feedback do you have now that many months have gone by for many of you who started test driving some months ago.  Let me know, and I will let you know how things go for me.

I was going through the help files and came across a syncing option with companionlink but I don't see the synch button on the calendar.  Is that option no longer available?

Posted by Gene Donohue | Greenville SC Homes For Sale | Exclusive Buyer's Agent (Greenville Greer Taylors Mauldin Simpsonville Powdersville) 4 months ago

Hi Gene!  We actually are moving away from CompanionLink as we have developed our own sync tool.  Wise Agent has integrated with Google allowing you to automatically sync your Wise Agent contacts to Google contacts and then to your smartphone. The synchronization is setup to mirror your contacts in all three places and there are no additional fees.  Our developers are working hard to expand the features that sync to Google. We are in the final stages before releasing the the Day Planner and To Do List allowing you to sync your daily tasks and appointments.  Contact Us for more information and to get started with the Google Sync.
